Cancellation or Order
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it. We accept cancellation of order within 24hr from order time only. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
Return & Refunds
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can let us know and we will do the best possible to make sure that we do the needful to satisfy you.
We do a 100% replacement or give full refund if there is any error in the delivery, stale products or damaged items. The discretion is left to our team to decide whether or not any of the above may be considered on case to case basis.

Once order cancellation is accepted we process refund within 48 hours and it may take upto 3 more days to reflect in buyers account. In case of replacement consideration same is shipped within 2 working days.
